Erica brings over a decade of experience in the life insurance industry. Before joining the team in March 2023, she spent 10 years with one of the industry’s largest FMOs, where she specialized in agency development, advanced case design, and premium finance, especially in the small business space. Erica is passionate about empowering advisors through training, education, and strategic support. She also has a strong background in building internal teams and improving operational efficiency through streamlined processes and tech integration.

Fun Fact/Personal Note: Erica lives in rural Iowa with her husband, Justin, and their son, Graham, where they help run the family’s Angus cattle operation. She’s an avid cyclist and participates in RAGBRAI each year, a weeklong bike ride across the state of Iowa.
